Cookie policy
This page explains exactly which cookies and similar technologies Linkivo uses, what they do and how long they are stored.
1. In brief
Linkivo uses necessary cookies and local storage for language, your cookie choice, login, security and requested features. Where enabled, optional Google Analytics 4 (GA4) measures visits to our public pages only after you accept statistics. We do not use advertising cookies.
2. What are cookies and local storage?
Cookies and local storage are small pieces of information a website can store in your browser. They may be necessary to remember a secure session, coordinate activity between tabs or provide a feature you requested.
3. Cookies used by Linkivo

The session, login verification, customer and onboarding cookies are HttpOnly and cannot be read by ordinary browser code. In production they are only transmitted over HTTPS. Security-sensitive cookies use SameSite=Strict; onboarding, language and consent use SameSite=Lax for their stated functions.
The contact form may store linkivo-contact-cooldown-until locally for up to five minutes to show spam-protection time. The dashboard stores linkivo:last-activity locally to coordinate inactivity between Linkivo tabs. These values contain timestamps, not identity or integration data.

We send manual page views for known public pages, with cleaned page URLs and referrers. Login, onboarding and dashboard pages are excluded. Email addresses, tokens and other arbitrary URL parameters are removed; only campaign labels (UTM) in the permitted format are retained. We do not use statistics for advertising personalization. GA4 user- and event-level data retention is set to 14 months, separately from browser cookie lifetimes.
A temporary local-storage notification coordinates your choice between tabs and is immediately removed. Your saved choice remains in the consent cookie for 12 months.
4. Third parties
Linkivo is hosted by Render and uses Supabase as a protected database and login platform. Shopify, RackBeat and e-conomic are connected only for customers who actively configure the integration. Linkivo supplements use the existing authenticated dashboard and server storage; they add no tracking cookies. Payment opens on Stripe's hosted Checkout or customer portal, where Stripe may use its own necessary security and payment cookies under its policy. Linkivo does not embed Stripe, advertising or social media components on the public website. Google Analytics is loaded only with consent to statistics; Google receives the associated statistics data. See our privacy policy for processing and transfers.
5. Delete or change your choice
Open Cookie settings at the bottom of any page and choose Only necessary to withdraw statistics consent. This stops measurement and deletes accessible GA cookies, including in other open Linkivo tabs; a tab with the tag loaded reloads to unload it. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing. You can also delete or block cookies and local website data in your browser settings. Deleting linkivo_cookie_consent makes the cookie notice appear again. Deleting linkivo_locale restores automatic language detection for login and the dashboard. Deleting linkivo_session logs you out. Blocking necessary storage may prevent login, customer selection and coordination between tabs from working correctly.
6. Changes and contact
We review cookie use when the product changes, particularly when analytics, payment, embedded content or new login methods are introduced. The policy version and date are updated when a change affects users.
