Practical guide · 5 steps
Set up runs and notifications
Choose a run schedule and notification recipients.
Before you start
You need permission to edit settings. Integration active is the overall switch for data flows and webhook processing; changes take effect when saved.
Step by step
Open operations and notifications
Go to Settings → Rackbeat + Shopify → Operations and notifications. Find automatic runs.
Choose a run mode
Choose updates for system webhooks, a fixed weekday interval for recurring checks, or a scheduled window for specific days and start/end times.
Complete the schedule
For an interval or window, fill in the fields shown. Check weekdays, times and the time zone indicated on the page before saving.
Choose recipients
Enter the primary recipient under notifications. Add email adds more recipients, up to ten in total. Select the warning categories you want to receive.
Save settings
Save the full form and check the next run in Runs. Warning categories apply to warning emails; approvals and actual run failures are sent separately.
What you should see afterwards
The run mode and recipients are saved for the customer. Webhooks follow each data area’s selected source.
If you get stuck
- No automatic processing? Check Integration active, customer status, connections and enabled data areas.
- Saving a schedule does not run it immediately. Check the next scheduled processing in history.
