What counts as a run?
A run is one processing of new or changed data between systems—for example a new Shopify order, a changed Rackbeat inventory level or a scheduled check.
The dashboard shows current use. Duplicate events are rejected, and an automatic technical retry of the same webhook processing does not count again. A new manual retry counts separately. You can select more capacity if activity changes.

What is Linkivo?
Linkivo is a Danish integration platform connecting online stores, inventory, ERP and accounting systems. Each integration is selected as a product and managed from the same dashboard.
What is a run?
A run is one processing of new or changed data between connected systems. Several events can be batched, while duplicates and automatic technical retries of the same webhook processing do not count as new runs. A new manual retry counts separately.
What can the Rackbeat + Shopify integration do?
The Shopify and Rackbeat integration can handle orders, customers, products, variants, inventory, locations and fulfilments. Direction, master system and automation level are controlled in the customer's settings.
Can either Shopify or Rackbeat be the master?
Yes. The master system and direction are selected per data area. This prevents the systems from overwriting each other and adapts the integration to the company's workflow.
How do we monitor the integration?
The dashboard shows recent runs, status, processed data, errors and actions that may require approval. Technical operational data is automatically deleted after seven days.
Which combinations can we choose?
Choose Shopify + Rackbeat, Shopify + e-conomic, Rackbeat + e-conomic or all three systems. Shopify + Rackbeat is available for online signup. For combinations with e-conomic, we agree setup and pricing with you.
Can we request specific features?
Yes. Linkivo evaluates concrete requests and may develop small, reusable additions without separate development fees when they fit the platform and can become part of the standard product. Scope, priority and delivery are always agreed first.
