Practical guide · 5 steps
Check an order workflow
Review an order plan before transferring an order.
Before you start
This guide covers the configurable Shopify → Rackbeat order workflow when enabled for the customer. A plan is a check; executing a workflow can create real documents. Some workflow controls currently use Danish labels, shown below for easy matching.
Step by step
Review the saved setup
Open Settings → Ordreflow → Opsætning. Review customer handling, document choices and rules. Save or discard pending changes before continuing.
Fetch an order for checking
Open Prøvekørsel, select Hent Shopify-ordrer and choose an order. Select Kontrollér ordre. This reads and checks the order before writing to Rackbeat.
Read the order plan
Check the customer, item numbers, quantities, prices, discounts, tax, total and intended document type. Expand Sådan blev ordren behandlet for explanations. Resolve any Stop messages first.
Execute only the agreed workflow
Manual transfer requires the customer to be paused and the necessary permissions. Check the planned consequence before selecting Udfør det valgte ordreflow. Settings determine whether this creates a draft, confirms an order or performs an invoice action.
Read the verified result
Open Historik and find the order. For an uncertain response, continue from the existing run using Fortsæt og kontrollér ordre when offered. Do not start new attempts to bypass an unresolved action.
What you should see afterwards
You have reviewed the plan and can identify which actions are confirmed. A successful preview alone does not prove a completed transfer.
If you get stuck
- Missing item number or uncertain customer match: follow the link to Approvals.
- A disabled button may indicate unsaved changes, permissions, customer status or an earlier run. Contact support for uncertain responses.
