Inventory and accounting
Rackbeat + e-conomic.
Connect inventory and accounting.
Maintain selected data in one place. Choose which system owns each data type, preview the changes and follow every transfer in Linkivo.
Clear ownership
Transfer only what you have selected.
The integration is enabled by a Linkivo administrator. All flows start disabled, and group and payment references are mapped explicitly.
Names, contact and address details, groups, payment terms, VAT and currency.
Item numbers, names, prices, barcodes, units, groups and blocked status.
Supplier identity, contact details and accounting references.
Booked Rackbeat sales invoices become e-conomic drafts, with checks of lines and amounts.
Draft orders are transferred as Rackbeat drafts after checks of customers, products and totals.
Contact registers, addresses, language mappings and document recipients, where the APIs support matching fields.
Explicit currency prices and supported customer price rules, with safeguards for shared groups and currency differences.
Maintain, import and export physical product data, unit conversions, stock snapshots, custom fields, translations, additional bank accounts and layout profiles.
Before your first transfer
Preview, check, then transfer.
Connect your Rackbeat API key and e-conomic agreement. Review reference mappings and preview the chosen flows. Start a manual transfer or enable scheduled runs. The actual interval also depends on the scheduler and API limits.
Scope of the integration
Direct transfers and Linkivo supplements are shown separately. Supplier documents, inventory valuation and fields without a compatible API destination are review data in Linkivo. Some source data, including layout design and extra e-conomic bank accounts, requires manual entry or file import. No automatic financial posting or payment is made. Check drafts and turn off overlapping transfers before activation.
Setup, access and any payment are agreed separately. The public Shopify plans do not include this integration.
